Here are unpublished photos from the set I did for Glam Rock Magazine. Don’t forget to buy your copy of the Winter 2012 issue tomorrow!

As a thank you for being a judge for the Glam Rock Magazine Model Awards I received a 4-page spread in the magazine! I got this news a little over a month ago. In that time I organized a team of 9 people (including myself) to collaborate for the photoshoot. I created 4 looks for the editorial consisting of a tulle, lace, chiffon, floral prints, and burnout fabric. My designs were photographed by Barry Underhill, styled by Erin Shorts,  and modeled by Holly Watson. Custom wigs were created by Coco Coquette and Sabrina Lotfi provided makeup. Accessories were loaned by Doublespeak, Shalottlilly, and Myra Simmone.

The magazine will be released on January 15th. For the time being enjoy some behind the scenes photos!

A few weeks ago Dominique Bedford interviewed me for the Texas Edition of All Things Lavish Magazine. I am featured in this months issue on page 36-37. Many thanks to Dominique for the wonderful write up she did on Kramp Kouture and the staff at All Things Lavish for allowing me to be in their publication!

Glam Rock Magazine officially launched their Summer 2011 issue for free online viewing on Wednesday. I have abandoned my poor blog for over a week since I have been in Boca Raton for a beautiful destination wedding for a long weekend without a computer. It was a nice retreat to be away from technology and be able to enjoy the beach and wonderful weather. Even though it was nice to get away from it all, I had a nice surprise in my inbox. I got a few photos from my ad campaign photoshoot with Barry Underhill, Hawk, Makeup by Sabrina, and Lisa Pascual of Vanity Salon. It was great to collaborate with a full team of stylists and Barry for a second time. I am really psyched that I got to work with Hawk before she moves to NYC to follow her dreams in tattooing and modeling. She was recently crowned Miss Ink America 2011 and is a model for H2Ocean. I wish her the best!

Last week I had the pleasure of collaborating with photographer Barry Underhill, model Velocity, and hair stylist Misty Mittelstedt. I have been wanting to shoot with Velocity for a long time now and she happened to be traveling through town. We were able to set up a shoot with Barry, a photographer whose work I have been admiring for years now. Misty was able to do Velocity’s hair while she did her own makeup. Misty is an excellent hair stylist, she has actually styled every shoot I have done in Austin. I am so in love with these photos! They remind me of Jem and the Holograms which just might be my next Halloween costume.
